Is phundamet combination of Symfony and Yii?

Composer is the dependency manager of Symfony 2, but it has (as a .phar) no Symfony dependencies.
It will also be the package manager for Yii 2 (via @samdark).
So Phundament just uses composer for Yii 1.1, but is not a combination of Symfony and Yii.
It's 100% Yii ;)
