Thank you Joe,  I accept your nomination.

For those that may not know me, I'm currently one of the developers and maintainers for joindin.  I also currently help out with the PHPDublin user group where I recently gave my first talk.  Whilst I may not have a lot of experience with the FIG, I do, however have a passion for helping PHP as a language and community progress and feel that the secretary role in FIG would be a good way to help with this.
