Dear group,

I would like to offer my resignation as a PHP FIG voting member
representing Apache log4php.

My reason for resigning is that I do not have sufficient time and
dedication to offer to this group, and this will probably not change
any time soon. If such a time comes, I will re-apply, possibly under a
different project.

Apache log4php has been dormant for the past year or so. I still
believe it is an interesting concept which is missing from the PHP
world, but the project requires a substantial rewrite to bring it up
to date with modern standards and practices. I have given it over 2
years of effort but I have a desire to work on other projects now. If
anyone is interested in working on it, post on the dev list and let us
know.

Since there are no other active members on Apache log4php at the
moment, we will not be offering a replacement voting member.

Best regards,
Ivan
