Joomla's representative is looking for a replacement

Hey everyone, long time no read. Just wanted to give an update on both my involvement with Joomla and Joomla's involvement with the PHP-FIG. 

I've had some awesome life events happen recently that have taken me away from Joomla and public appearances (read: Twitter); my wife gave me a set of beautiful twins on Dec. 29! They have become (as my wife's pregnancy and well-being was before that) my primary focus. Late night feedings and quality time with them leave me little time for other things. Also, for my own reasons (please don't ask me to elaborate), I left the Joomla Leadership Team over a year ago. Not being on any leadership team within Joomla, as well as no longer regularly contributing to the project, I don't think it's pertinent that I continue as its representative to the PHP-FIG. 

Regarding Joomla's involvement in the PHP-FIG, I am actively looking for a replacement. I've talked with some of the current and previous Joomla leadership, and from what I can gather there is no one at the moment that would be a good fit to represent the project. There is, however, one individual that is both willing and able (if not "fully qualified"[1]) to take up Joomla's representation to the FIG while a search for a full-time replacement is conducted. I'm still talking with her about it and will try to coordinate as best as I can in the coming week. Once that is nailed down, I will make an announcement here in the group.

[1] What I mean by "fully qualified" is a person that has a firm grasp on Joomla's future decisions regarding code integration. This can be an active contributor or another member of the Production Leadership Team that can act as a liaison between the Joomla dev community and the FIG.
