I see that we have CircleCI integration enabled on the php-fig repo which causes all of the pull requests to show up as failing tests, can we just disable it?

I believe you set this up - if you did - can you turn it off?

Doesn't it just need the hook to be disabled by someone with admin on the website repo, not necessarily Phil?
