[Internal] January Secretary & Core Committee Elections

Hi all,

It's time for the first set of core committee elections after the initial set, and also time for another secretary election.

Alessandro will be running both of the two elections.

The timetable for both will be as follows (all dates January), subject to change by notification:

• 1st: Nominations open
  
• 11th: Nominations close
  
• 12th: Vote begins
  
• 26th: Vote ends
  
• 28th: New secretary/CC members in post

The people whos terms are expiring are:

• Secretary: Michael Cullum
  
• CC Member: Chris Tankersley
  
• CC Member: Graham Daniels
  
• CC Member: Korvin Szanto
  
• CC Member: Stefano Torresi

Any of the above may wish to stand for re-election to a fresh 2-year term if they wish, others are also encouraged to stand for election.

Should you wish to stand for Secretary or Core Committee member, I would highly recommend reaching out to an existing FIG secretary to discuss what the role entails; you then need to find someone to nominate you.
