[Nomination][CC] Enrico Zimuel

I hereby nominate Enrico Zimuel for the upcoming Core Committee elections.

Enrico has been a developer for a long time (1996!); he worked for Zend Technologies for more than 10 years, dedicating a lot of time on ZendFramework, especially Apigility and Zend Expressive in the last years. He's now a Principal Software Engineer in the R&D department of Elastic, taking care of the PHP integrations with ElasticSearch among other things.

He is a long time speaker (with more than 100 talks on his belt); he wrote multiple books about PHP, security and other web-related topics; he is an Adjunct Professor teaching Cloud Services and PHP Programming for backend software development course; he's also a co-founder of the PHP User Group of Turin.
