I worked closely with Woody Gilk over the course of developing both PSR-15 and PSR-17. He has proven to be an excellent collaborator, and willing to work towards consensus decisions. Woody has strong review skills, and is able to predict usage problems with accuracy.

I think Woody's skills would be a strong fit for the Core Committee, and I hereby nominate him.
