Using php with ZooKeeper

Hi,

I have been trying follow the steps mentioned here : http://systemsarchitect.net/distributed-application-in-php-with-apache-zookeeper/

In  that I am not able to perform the following step:

$ vim /etc/php5/cli/conf.d/20-zookeeper.ini

I don't have /etc/php5 in my machine (don't know why, I install php using "yum install php")

When I try to write something into it it says "Cannot open file for writing"

Anybody knows how to work around this?
