How to build a project located in subdirectory of GitHub repo

I installed PHPCI, and created a Project.

It is successfully pulling the repo from GitHub (e.g. I set up the ssh keys, etc)

The PHP app I need to build is located in a subdirectory within the GitHub repo I have associated with the Project, so the build dies at the moment since it tries to do things at the root of the repo.

How do I config the PHPCI Project such that it steps into the subdirectory before it starts to do things like run composer, or phpunit?
