fmod is a revolutionary sound api that used by lots of applications
and due to lack of audio support in different versions and operating systems

its a good idea to put it priority tasks for phonegap

i put this question to get your ideas about this .if i get good result i will glad to start this.

If you can write a library, you can do it. If a library exists you can port it.
Phonegap is about you creating the solution for yourself and others.
