Why Cordova can't find Android SDK after I remove and add another version of Android platform.

I created project and had it run on emulator.

Then I did this:

cordova platform rm android

cordova platform add android@5.0

And next time I tried to launch project on emulator it shows:

Error: Android SDK not found. Make sure that it is installed. If it is not at the default location, set the ANDROID_HOME environment variable.

Checked variable - it's fine.

Also I added camera plugin to the project (before I tried to change android version).
