Error code 1 on building app

I newly installed cordova on window. Now when I run command "cordova build android", I get error with error code 1. Help me. Screenshot is attached.

UnknownHostException. But services.gradle.org is resolvable and responding to PINGs.

 

Check your Internet connection.

@OP: Are you behind a proxy or on a corporate network? That might be getting in the way as well. I've seen a few cases where antivirus software gets in the way too, so double-check those settings.
