Hi,

Has anybody been able to read files from an Android OBB expansion file? I cannot get the plugin on NPM to work with PhoneGap Build CLI 6.3.0.

I don't know if PGB supports the plugin you are using or not (not sure which one you're using). But this group isn't intended for PhoneGap Build support. You might consider asking over on the Adobe forums: https://forums.adobe.com/community/phonegap/build
