Android Referrer, Develop an app like that pays for installing other apps

I am trying to make an app that pays for installing other apps.

I am comfortable with asking my third party app provider to add a analytics type code in their app footer etc.

Is this possible in phonegap framework?

If yes, how. Please give some references.

You don't really provide enough information (such as what plugins you've tried, why they don't work, what Android version(s) you are targeting, etc). 

Also you posted a similar question 3 hours ago (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/phonegap/d4mI33Nlhbs). Don't create multiple posts for what is essentially the same question in such a short period of time. You aren't going to get an answer any faster by doing so.

Now, for my personal two cents:

Please don't create apps that do this -- I don't think this is a good idea from an end-user perspective in the first place -- determining which apps a user has installed is a privacy concern, and not something your app should really be depending on. (It's one thing to fire off intents than the user's apps can handle if desired, it's another to track the apps a user has installed.) Never mind that it feels really spammy and invasive in the first place (and leaves a really bad taste in my mouth), and you're going to be rejected in at least the Apple app store (should you ever wish to expand).

But unable to figure out how to preserve the reeferrer id till the user installs tbe app.

I want this on android 4.0+ and support for L and M.

Any other details youre looking for?
