Tutorial google play services plugin

I've never heard of a "Google Play Services" plugin. Please give us a URL for more information about this.

I think that is a plugin meant to be used as dependency by other plugins, not to be used by the end user

Don't use that plugin. It is a bad idea as it statically adds the play framework to your app. Plugins can now use the framework tag to dynamically download play services jars if needed. This avoids the dreaded  duplicate dexing error if two plugins both include play services.
