Emergency calling when mobile is locked for android using cordova phonegap app

Hi all ,

I am going to implement emergency calling using cordova app but i cant to find out way to go forward. please help me out. I have some quries about this topic.

1. Is possible when mobile device is lock?

2. Is possible using cordova phonegap?

3. Is possible to catch device button click events when mobile device lock?
