Cordova android app to send text value to any open file

Hi there,

I am very new to develop hybrid app, i am working on a project which has following requirement :

• Android App which will get some text (value) in alert on page load. e.g Sorry you are not eligible, Successful Transaction etc... 
  
• Need to send this text to any active and open file. e.g notepad, word, excel, browser URL, input box etc...
• First need to check the mobile handset is connected to PC (IP address) via Wifi Router 
• Should i need to use socket.io to make connection between handset and PC ??

I have completed some development and completed the first point but stuck in the second point... i got the message as required but not able to send it to open file.
