Hello. I have used this command literally hundreds of times to build an android app from the command line: "cordova build android" when in the folder of the app. It succeeded 98% of the time. However, just today, it errors out with the following:

FAILURE: Build failed with exception.

What went wrong:

Execution failed for task ‘:processDebugResources’.

>com.android.ide.common.process.ProcessException: org.gradle.process.internal.

ExecException: Process ‘command ‘c:\android\sdk\build-tools\23.0.3\aapt.exe’’

Finished with non-zero exit value 1

I had made no changes at all except in the app itself as I continue to debug. Actually, I took out the latest change to ensure that had nothing to do with this problem.
Anyone have a clue about this? Thanks.

Don't waste your time on this. It was a sample app which I simply disgarded and created a new one which worked.
