How to learn step by step

I am beginner in this field.. I have little knowledge in html 5 ,css3 and javascript . So which way will be better to learn mobile apps? which website will be good?

is it good decision to choice this ..??

This can also be a good resource to take you past "Hello world": http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/latest/guide/next/index.html

A UI framework that might help with making the app look good (but is still beginner friendly) is Framework 7: http://www.idangero.us/framework7/

Having said that, making a truly good app in PhoneGap/Cordova does still involve some chops in HTML/CSS/JS, so that could be a good place to start.
