Resume App Question

I am thinking about making a Resume app. Is it possible to make one using Phonegap? If it is, how would I go about doing so?

Can you give us a little more detail about what this app would do? As I see it, there are a few different ways you could go with it.

Sure, almost anything is possible with phonegap

You should start learning javascript and web development, once you know enough, then look at the phonegap core plugins to see if they fit your needs
