No scroll inertia/momentum

Hai All,

No scroll inertia/momentum - when i scroll the page, the event scroll call only end of the scroll not between

please advice

$$('#xxx').scroll(function () {
});

We are using the framework 7 and phonegap desktop for build the IOS app

We scroll position not increase like 1,23,...

it show like 1 and 102 (end of the scroll)

intermediate scroll position is not showing in scroll function

Please advice guys....
