Phonegap Build Pinch/Zoom

I've built an app for iOS using Phonegap Build. I can't figure out how to enable pinch/zoom within the app. I did try adding user-scalable=true to the meta viewport tag but that did not help any. Is it possible in Phonegap Build?

Yes.
Check the documentation. Look under Configuring->Preferences
