Phonegap camera plugin unable to install

Hi, 

My project require camera to be used, I am trying to install camera plugin by below command

cordova plugin add org.apache.cordova.camera

it results in error. Upon investigation I came to know that directory is down. 

Could you please let me know when this plugin will be available for use.
