Phonegap build: use different cordova-android version

Hi there, I'm trying to build an app that needs the latest cordova-android version (as for now 6.3.0, but also works with 6.2.0).

When building on my PC using phonegap (which simply wraps cordova I guess) everything is fine.

In my config.xml I have:

    <engine name="android" spec="^6.3.0" />

But when I go to phonegap build I see:

PhoneGap (iOS / Android / Windows)

cli-6.5.0 (4.3.1 / 6.1.2 / 4.4.3)

So... is there a way to tell phonegap build that I want a specific cordova-android version?
