Found this great Site http://slideme.org/.
Its another Android market with lots of users.

The best thing is you can publish your apps for free.
And users have a lot of payment options including paypal.

Hi BigWil,

Yeah, it's a bit old but it's a good alternative for Android Market (Oops, I mean Google Play). Another one is andappstore.org but Al Sutton (owner) sold it already and rebranded to soc.io mall http://mall.soc.io/apps
