unable to build 2.1.1 with statically linked libs

Hello,
I tried to build 2.1.1 version in Ubuntu Xenial 16.04 64 as per instruction mentioned in http://phantomjs.org/build.html and succeeded,
but the binary is not working in SLES, due to not found dependencies, while the official binary found in downloads works.
How to build phantomjs 2.1.1 so that dependant libraries were statically linked in binary and not required after, in other words
