How can I compile phantomjs to static / dynamic library?

I wish to have a CPP interface such like

void libphantom_run(const char *javascript_string, const char *proxy_server, const char *cookie_path......)

to replace it's command line API in my CPP program. Still use javascript to do most work what phantomjs can. So I can integrate phantomjs in my program / system better.

But I didn't find any official document or existing open source projects making phantomjs as a library.
