Defect? Top pixels are being sliced off of bold CJK fonts

Hi everybody,

We use Phantom.js to render text, and some Japanese users are complaining of fonts coming to them deformed when bolded. See the attached image.

Is this a known bug in Phantom.js? The font displayed is Noto Sans and non-bolded characters look fine.
