[project] [website] Revamped Website for PESOS

Hello to all!

(The third paragraph is pretty important!)

With this thread, I'd like to officially announce that we're interested in a Revamped Website for PESOS and this means we want a whole new look! The current website, as you may already know is http://pesos.pes.edu and its source is here.
Few have already shown interest in contributing to a this project.

I'll be taking care of the repo as the maintainer and only coordinating with the development.

Now, the discussion part. 
Till now, we've hosted our site in Github Pages and there are few of the opinion that we must move it to some hosting than Github Pages. We did have this discussion long back to certain extent. However, we must come to a consensus. Let's discuss about the where the new website is going to reside as this pretty much decides how the development goes ahead. 

I personally feel Github Pages is sufficient for what our community does and we have been able to manage it without any hurdles till now and I think we can manage with it without much problems. The sheer advantage with GIthub is the collaboration it offers and a static website is sufficient for us.

Please express your views and lets come to a decision soon!
