Kelp 0.4012 released

A quick minor release that changes just one feature: middleware_disable and modules_disable are now removed as options in the config file. They are replaced with "-middleware" and "-modules". Adding a - sign in front of an array in the config will remove the listed elements, and adding a + sign will add the listed elements.
