I saw the update recently on the website and greatly appreciate the software you have created as it is a near necessity for myself. On site it says you will be releasing a final version and would like to know if it will support Mountain Lion as that is now the problem I now face, which makes me weep.

I installed the most current available, that being 1.2.3 and it simply doesn't work. When I open an .MKV file on DivX Plus Player, the following message is displayed "Error Dolby AC3 Audio Player does not recognize the audio in this video. Additional Software is required to play. It may be available from the DivX Support website.".

Prior to the upgrade, it work fine on OSX Lion. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Given the above, it seems far more likely that you have obsoleted components installed and you should remove them per the instructions on the Perian website.  The DivX components are ones we consider obsolete and they have always been very buggy; steer clear of them.

I use Perian on ML all the time.  It works just fine there.

You were absolutely right. The problem was on the side on diX and have now removed it and gone with Mac BluRay Player and it works fine. Many thanks for the support
