Mongodb Monitoring "Get https://GoogleCloudExternalIP:42003/metrics: dial tcp GoogleCloudExternalIP:42003: getsockopt: connection refused"

Hello everyone,

Recently I'm working on monitoring my server with percona. I add mongodb with --uri method. Linux:metrics is working fine but I following error:

 Get https://GoogleCloudExternalIP:42003/metrics: dial tcp GoogleCloudExternalIP:42003: getsockopt: connection refused


Is there any solution??

I'm using

MongoDB shell version v3.4.1
connecting to: mongodb://127.0.0.1:27017
MongoDB server version: 3.4.1

please help me to solve this...
