Currently wireless cracking tools support is not there on windows. I am working on it, please track the progress from the link given below.

NDIS drivers are very picky about the different hardware and different operating systems, so this could open Projects you bring new ideas https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads -> Lan (VirtualBox Host-Only Network)

Currently i'm working to make sniffing and injection possible in wireless networks at least with one wireless card. Then we will increase support for other hardware platforms.

Also will make sure that popular wireless card like ALFA are supported. This thing will take some time, i am expecting one more month on this. 

I do not want to use virtualbox in any way, want everything natively on windows because that is the basic idea of pentestbox.
