An unfortunate bug with metadata injection

Hi,

I just raised this:


It seems in pentaho 6.1 you get an exception when you inject and execute into a select values step.

If you just inject, save the transformation and *then* execute it, it works fine. Bizarre!

If anyone has seen this, or has a workaround, please comment the jira!  Or here..
