Slowness in the execution of my jobs

Hello

PDI 7 on Windows Server 2016

bi server on oracle linux 6

RAM 8Go

I have four tables of facts that I feed from a job. But its execution is about 3 hours which seems really too slow for only 10000 records.

I checked the transformations to remove the bottlenecks, but still no great improvement.
