am looking for a macanism to configure a time or day to PRD ou CDE send an email automatically with a atached pdf email of the reports or dasboards info. 

i Would like to know if is it possible?

You can schedule a PDI transformation to run at any time you wish and let it generate the reports and send the resulting PDF file emailed.

CDE dashboards can't easily be packaged in PDF, as far as I know, but PRD reports can.
