peerjs.com is down?

Hi all, 

I dont want to sound stupid,  but I have been trying to get started with the peerjs to make a simple app but for API Key I need to access the http://peerjs.com/peerserver I am trying from tomorrow but its down, I have double check it using proxy that it might be blocked in my region but no luck. 

I am looking forward for a starting point
