404 Error when I run peerjs locally

When I run my peer test program with my local peerjs I get the following error:

POST http://localhost:9123/PeerTest.html/peerjs/fred/nkq9l5hy052ymn29/id?i=5 404 (Not Found)

The other peer gives the same message:

POST http://localhost:9123/PeerTest2.html/peerjs/ham/ni2wvofqpjkprpb9/id?i=0 404 (Not Found)

peerjs seems to cause errors on line 1298:  this._http.send(null);  I don't understand where this function is defined.

I'm trying to do a test with my apps and peerjs all running on the same host.

I would really appreciate some incites on this.
