Does PeerJs Supports one to many broadcast video chats?

 Hi,

I am just a beginner in learning PeerJS.Forgive me if I sound stupid,but I was wondering if PeerJS supports one to many video chat such that one user would be on line video communicating while several users would be able to receive the connection and see and listen to that person at the same time.If such a thing is possible would you be kind enough to tell me how can it be done.
