Deploy to Heroku connection

I just deployed to Heroku using the button. How do I connect to the peer server from PeerJS? 

Like this?

var peer = new Peer('someid', {host: 'localhost', port: 9000, path: '/myapp'});

The host will be https://myownpeerserver.herokuapp.com/ but how about the port and path?
