Can't establish connection through my mobile on ionic 3 app

Hello,

I'm developing an ionic mobile application which creates audio calls between users, when run the app on browser, it asks for permission to use microphone, but on my mobile I keep getting this error on the console:

NavigatorUserMediaError {name: "TrackStartError", message: "", constraintName: ""}

I'm not sure what is the problem, any idea??
