From the Times and Telegraph of 27 October 2011:
ACKNER
Martin, tragically on 20th October 2011 in a road traffic accident.
Adored and devoted father of Susannah and James. Much loved brother of
Moelwyn and Claudia and only son of the late Desmond and the late Joan
Ackner. Donations, if desired, to the NSPCC. Enquiries to Chelsea
Funeral Directors, (020 7352 0008).
He was the only son of the Life Peer Baron ACKNER PC QC (1920-2006)
and Joan, dau of John EVANS JP (previously Mrs K B Spence). He 1st
1976 Corina, dau of Vincent SCOTT by whom he had a son James Conrad (b
1979); he m 2nd 1983 Janet, dau of C W WILLIAMSON; he m 3rd 1994 Sarah
Jane, dau of Brinley THOMAS. It's not clear from which marriage his
dau, Susannah, comes from.
