Hi PDXRuby,

My client is looking for someone who can crank out code and architecture right now, but also can present to VCs and C level folks. Down the road it will grow into more leadership and whatever role the person wants.. Early stage, so substantial equity available-  $90-100K salary. $100/parking allowance, or Tri-met. Benefits are actually quite good for how early stage this is... 2 roles available.

NOTE: Ultimately we need a full stack engineer with both front end and back end web frameworks experience experience. While the ideal candidate will have deep Django experience (3+ years) and a general Python proficiency, it would be acceptable to pursue candidates with Rails experience that have at least had some Python understanding and experience. The desired candidate doesn't have to have extensive Python experience if that have deep web frameworks experience with Ruby and Rails,
