It would appear the update site is not working.
http://p2-dev.pdt-extensions.org/
Gives an invalid update site when you try to use it in the latest eclipse (luna).

Thank you for notification. It's fixed now.
Looks like github no longer sends 404 codes for not-existed files (I see status 200 in curl/wget). I prepared simple composite*.jar files and everything is working correctly again.
