Hi,

Mobile viewer is not working properly in IPhone and IPad with the large size XOD files (having size more then 15 MB), pages messed up when mode change from portrait to landscape.
I have checked with web-viewer library version 3.2.0 version.

Please have a look and let me know suggestion.

Thank You

Hi,

We're having trouble reproducing this on our end. Would you be able to send us a screenshot of what you're seeing when the pages get messed up?

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the reply.

I have shared screenshots. Here you can see some pages are overlapping to each other or some pages are not displaying properly.

Please have a look and let me know your suggestion.

Thank You

Thanks for sending the screenshots. Unfortunately we're having trouble reproducing issues related to this. Here is an example of a test that we performed.

1. Opened the Basic Viewer sample (https://www.pdftron.com/samples/web/samples/basic/index.html?doctype=xod) on an iPad Pro with latest iOS version.
2. Switched to the WebViewer Developer Guide document from the dropdown.
3. Changed orientations and confirmed that the pages are rerendered as expected.

Are you able to reproduce the issue using the sample page on our website? If so then what device and iOS version are you using? If not can you send us a sample project that reproduces the issue?
