Bookmark web link (URI action) does not display on IE 11 browser

Hi all,

I'm evaluating the Web Viewer. During time, I have found an issue with scenario below:

- Use Web Viewer
- Load PDF file has bookmark web link (e.g http://pdftron.com ...)
- Open on IE 11 browser

Actual result: these bookmark web link are not displayed.

Notes: if we use XOD file with bookmark web links. They are will be displayed properly. But for PDF file, it does not work.

Unfortunately we could not reproduce this bug. Tested on IE11.212.10586.0

Could you test with the following version of WebViewer and see if the problem persists?
http://pdftron.s3.amazonaws.com/downloads/downloadertest/PDFNetJS/lib/html5/ReaderControl.html#a=1&pdf=ems&filepicker=1

If it does, then could you provide a document that causes the issue?

Thanks for your response.

I used the Web Viewer with lasted version and evaluate on IE 11. If possible, please try with my pdf file and take a look on web link bookmark.

By the way, are there any issue with external link? Because, for this pdf file (attachment file), I cannot open an external file. Do you have any idea from that?

Hello Ahn,

I tried the pdf and encountered the display problem as well. I then tried converting to xod and still had the problem.
Could you please provide the xod file where the links work properly and let me know what you converted it with?

I did not have a problem using external links.
