We viewer can't open pdf in mobile mode

Hi, I can't open pdf in my mobile and my computer, in my computer I press f12 and activate mobile version, so, it's the output console with the error.

How can I fix this problem?

From your screenshot, it looks like the document is loaded, and the error message is from searching.

Is there an error message when you load the document as well?

PDFNetJS is not supported for the mobile viewer.

You'll need to convert your pdf document to xod to view them on mobile devices.
