What HTTP response should be returned to the requests that WebViewer makes to the serverUrl?
A:
When WebViewer loads the document, and you have specified a serverUrl link, then it will query for an updated XFDF file. If the server responds with a 204 no-content HTTP response, then WebViewer will use the annotations in the document, but if not, it will ignore what is in the document, and use what the server returned.
