Safari can't load config file

Everything works perfectly in Chrome, but in Safari it can't seem to load the static config file when starting up the WebViewer even though if I go to the URL in Safari the config file will load. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

Hi Sean,

I'm having trouble reproducing this problem in Safari. Do you see any error messages in the console? Can you reproduce when running the WebViewer samples, for example https://www.pdftron.com/webviewer/demo/samples/stamp-image/index.html.
